Sitemap दो तरह के होते है एक गूगल या other type of search engine के लिए बनाये जाते है और एक यूजर के लिए
there is two types of sitemap first is use for search engine and another is use for users
Sitemap.xml
Sitemap.xml सर्च इंजन के लिए बनाया या generate किया जाता है जिसे वेबसाइट, ब्लोग्स के कोड पार्ट में लगाया जाता है इसका काम यह होता है की यह सर्च इंजन को बताता है की आपकी वेबसाइट में कितने पेजेज है या आपकी वेबसाइट कितने पेजो की है कभी कभी sitemap.xml किसी एक पेज के लिए भी generate किया जाता है ताकि गूगल के बोट्स आसानी से उसे खोज सके और उस पेज को रैंक आसानी से प्रोवाइड कर सके

Sitemap.html का उपयोग यूजर के लिए किया जाता है Sitemap.html की मदद से यूजर आसानी से वेबसाइट में किसी भी पेज या सर्विस या catagory को खोज सकता है

Robot.Txt
Robot.Txt का उपयोग वेबसाइट के on page seo में किया जाता है वेबसाइट में robot.txt फाइल इसलिए लगायी जाती ताकि गूगल वेबसाइट के सिर्फ उन्ही पेजो को पढ़ सके या क्रॉल कर सके जिन पेज को आप क्रॉल करना चाहते है
User-Agent: वो robot जो की ये सारी rule को follow करते हैं और जिनमें अप्लाई किये जाते है या ये applicable हैं
Disallow: इसका इस्तमाल करने का मतलब है की वो pages को bots से block करना जिन्हें आप नहीं चाहते हैं कोई दूसरा उसे access कर सके. (यहाँ प्रति files के पहले disallow लिखने की जरुरत है)
Noindex: इसके इस्तमाल से search engine आपके उन pages को index नहीं करेगा जिन्हें की आप नहीं चाहते की वो indexed हो.
